Schema - Data

The Control Center is the central administration workspace of the Neostella platform, where system administrators configure the structure, behavior, and core settings that power the entire system for their firm. From this workspace, admins set up the foundation of the platform before teams begin working with their projects and case data. This includes configuring Account settings such as General Settings, Entities, Offices, Tags, and Translations, as well as defining the firm’s data architecture through Schema – Data, where administrators manage objects, fields, field groups, types, settings, display configurations, and the Data Workspace. The Control Center also allows teams to configure Schema – Forms and Schema – Project Feed, and design operational processes using Process Studio Automations and Workflows to support consistent workflows across legal matters and internal operations. Admins can also manage the firm’s document environment through Documents, including Templates, Document Settings, and Folder Structures, helping ensure case files and legal documentation remain organized and accessible. Additional capabilities such as Solutions allow firms to extend the platform to support specialized processes and operational needs. Together, these tools allow legal teams to structure their data, automate repetitive tasks, manage documents, and configure a scalable environment that supports efficient legal operations.
