Summary

The USClaims option in the Neodeluxe Sidebar enables Filevine users to easily submit a funding request directly to USClaims, either by automatically populating the required fields with specific information retrieved from a Filevine Project using the Autofill Form feature (defined by the mapping per Project Type setup in the Admin section in Neodeluxe Portal) or by manually entering the information into the Neodeluxe Sidebar.

USClaims Setup: Mapping Fields in Neodeluxe

Important Considerations

Depending on the selected Field Name, Section and/or Field, the following cases can appear during the US Claims configuration:

  1. Dropdown Custom Map Setup

A Dropdown field can be identified when the pencil icon is displayed in the Actions column, which allows users to map each default option from the dropdown, to a Possible Other Value in Source (The Filevine field’s options).

The current list of supported dropdown fields are:

  • Is this a subsequent rest?
  • What type of case is this?
  • State of claim

For more information about Custom Map for Dropdown Fields, please visit: How to Configure a Custom Map for Dropdown Fields?

  1. Override Section/Field

If you are getting errors on the mapping or missing data, please contact the Support team to help assist with this feature configuration.

  1. Contact Card/Person Object

When a Contact Card/Person object is selected in the Field, an additional dropdown appears, allowing selection of a specific field from within that object.
