Managing Neodeluxe Users
Follow these steps to complete your authentication, which connects your Filevine Tenant to Neodeluxe.
Adding a Filevine Tenant
- In Filevine Integration, go to the Authentication tab.
- Enter the Filevine Tenant Subdomain and click Save.
Filevine tenant subdomain can be obtained from your Filevine URL, between “https://” and “.”
For example: https://this_is_the_tenant.filevineapp.com
Connecting Your Neodeluxe Tools to Filevine
- In the Filevine Integration interface, go to the Authentication tab.
- In the Applications connections grid, locate the application with No connection established status.
- Click Connect.
- Enter the corresponding application OAuth Token, and click Connect.
- For more information on how to obtain the token for a specific application, please visit: How to Get a Filevine API OAuth Access Token.
- Repeat this process for each application to be connected.
Reconnecting Neodeluxe to Filevine
If a Neodeluxe tool becomes disconnected from Filevine, admins are able to reconnect as follows:
- In the Filevine Integration interface, go to the Authentication tab.
- In the Applications connections grid, locate the application and click Reconnect.
- The Token field auto-fills with the previously saved Token. Modify the Token if needed, and click Connect.
- When the user clicks the View icon
, the pre-filled token is masked for security.
- However, when the user modifies this field, and clicks the View icon, the newly entered token is revealed.
