In the Fact Index tab, users can see the complete list of facts contained in the documents within the package. They can filter facts by document, manage fact details such as the document, date, and tags, and access each fact in a streamlined way.
Filter Facts by Document
Users can filter the facts displayed in the Fact Index table by selecting or deselecting documents.
As such document names are selected or cleared, the table is automatically updated to display only the facts associated with the chosen documents.
To filter facts by document, follow these steps:
1. In the Fact Index tab, go to the By Document field and click the chevron icon to expand the list of all document names available within the current package.
By default, All package documents are selected.
2. Check or uncheck the boxes next to the document names to show or hide those facts in the list.
- Check or uncheck the All box to select or unselect all the documents.
- To exclude a document from the By Document field, click the X next to its document name’s label.
- To clear all selected documents from the By Document field, click the Clear icon
.

How to Access the Fact Card
To display a fact card in the Fact Notes along with its associated document, follow these steps:
- In the Fact Index tab, locate the fact you want to open and click the
icon. The document and fact card in the Fact Notes are displayed.

How to View the Full Fact Content
To view the complete content of a fact, follow these steps:
- In the Fact Index tab, locate the fact you want to view.
- Click the
icon in the Fact Content column.
- A pop-up window appears displaying the full fact content.
- Click OK to close the pop-up window.

How to Assign the Document Date
The Document Date refers to an important date related to the document itself, rather than the date of upload.
Follow these steps to assign a Document Date in a fact:
- In the Fact Index tab, locate the fact to which you want to add a document date.
- In the Document Date column, click the date picker and select the desired date.
The Document Date is updated in all the facts within the same Document.

How to Remove the Document Date
Follow these steps to remove the Document Date in a fact:
- In the Fact Index tab, locate the fact to which you want to delete the document date.
- In the Document Date column, click the date picker and click Clear.
The Document Date is removed from all the facts within the same Document.

How to Assign the Fact Date
The Fact Date refers to an important date associated with the fact itself, not the date it was created.

- In the Fact Index tab, locate the fact to which you want to add the fact date.
