Who can use this feature?
Admins (Fact Link Admin), Package Creators (Fact Link Creator), and Members/Everyday Users (Fact Link User).

When a document is selected in the package list, the following options are available:
- Document’s Name: This displays the active document’s name
- Set Full Screen: Click the Set Full Screen button to enter full-screen mode. To return to the default view, click the X button in the top-right corner.
- PDF viewer Toolbar: In this toolbar the following options are available:

Menu: Open a menu with Download, Enter Full Screen, and Settings options.

Panel: Open a side panel to view thumbnails of the document pages.

View Controls: This option expands the controls for page Transition, Orientation, and Layout.

Zoom Controls: These options allow users to fit the document to width or page, adjust the zoom percentage, marquee zoom, and zoom in or out.

Search: Find specific text or phrases in the PDF. Use Case Sensitive to match exact casing and Whole Word to match complete words only.
- Navigation: The controls allow users to move between pages or specify a page number to view.
- Documents Gallery: When the Documents Gallery button is clicked, the documents in the package are displayed, along with arrows to navigate, jump, and view the selected document in the PDF viewer.
Navigate through the documents by scrolling the mouse wheel. When reaching the bottom of the last page, Fact Link will automatically switch to the first page of the next document. Similarly, when on the first page and scrolling up to the top, it will switch to the last page of the previous document.
The displayed order in the Documents Gallery matches the order in the package list of documents.
- Fact Notes: This section contains:
- Create New Fact: Click this button to create a new fact.
- Full Page Fact: Click this button to create a new fact associated with the document’s active page.
- Fact Filters:
The Group By, Sort By, and Search By options at the top of the Fact Notes section allow you to customize and filter your fact list to locate specific facts. You can use the Group By, Sort By, and Search By filters simultaneously to obtain combined results, giving you more precise control over the facts displayed.
- Group By
The Group By option lets you group facts according to a specific attribute: Created By, Created Date, Document, Fact Date, Tag or Document Type.

Created By: Groups facts based on the users who created them.

Created Date: Groups facts based on the creation date.

Document: Groups facts based on the document in which they are located.

Fact Date: Group facts according to the specified fact date.

Tag: Group facts based on their assigned tags.

Document Type: Group facts based on their assigned Document Type.
- Sort By
The Sort By option lets you arrange facts in a specific order: Created Date, Document, Fact Date, Tag or Document Type.

Created Date: Sorts facts based on the creation date. By default, facts are sorted with the Newest First. To change the order to Oldest first, simply click the Newest First button.

Document: Sorts facts based on the document name. By default, facts are sorted A-Z. To change the order to Z-A, click the Sort A-Z button.

Fact Date:
Sorts facts based on the Fact Date. By default, facts are sorted with the Newest First. To change the order to Oldest first, click the Newest First button.

Tag: Sorts facts based on tags. By default, facts are sorted A-Z. To change the order to Z-A, click the Sort A-Z button.

Document Type: Sorts facts based on their assigned Document Type. By default, facts are sorted in Ascending order. To change the order to Descending, click the Ascending button.
- Search By
Enter text in the search bar and filter facts by matching content using the Search By button. The Fact Name, Fact Content, and Created By options allow you to search and filter fact results.

Fact Name: Searches for facts based on the name of the fact.

Fact Content: Searches for facts based on the content of the fact.
If the text in a fact matches the entered search text, the corresponding fact will be displayed.

Created By: Searches for facts based on the name of the user who created the fact.
- Fact Details: Displays all the existing facts in the PDF documents within the package, along with options to group, sort, and manage them.
There are two different ways of creating a fact: Facts based on Selected Text, and Facts Based on Full Page. Each fact contains the following elements:
