Neodeluxe Advanced Task Management (ATM) is a powerful tool designed to simplify and automate task management. It enables you to manage tasks more efficiently by automating their creation, assignment, and tracking. 

Tasks can be automatically routed to the most suitable staff members based on their skill set, helping streamline workflows during case resolution.

Process Studio allows you to integrate with Neodeluxe ATM by configuring it as a trigger, so that your automation starts the moment a task action occurs.

How It Works

When a task is created, updated, or modified in Neodeluxe ATM, the platform can send an event notification. These events can be used in Process Studio as triggers to start automations—such as notifying team members, updating related records, or escalating tasks to the appropriate staff.

Currently, Neodeluxe ATM provides multiple trigger events, each representing a different type of task activity. Filters can also be added to fine-tune which events should start an automation.

Available Trigger Events 

Here there is a list of available events list in Neodeluxe ATM.

Trigger Connector Description
Task Closed Neodeluxe ATM A task is marked as closed.
Task Created Neodeluxe ATM A new task is created.
Task Escalated Neodeluxe ATM A task is escalated to another level or user.
Task Note Added Neodeluxe ATM A note is added to a task.
Task Resolved Neodeluxe ATM A task is marked as resolved.
Task Snoozed Neodeluxe ATM A task is snoozed until a later time.

Once one of these events is triggered, you can use the task data throughout your automation—for example, to update records, notify users, or create follow-up.

How to Set Up Neodeluxe ATM as a Trigger

Follow the next steps for setting up the Neodeluxe ATM as a trigger::

1. Click on the + New Trigger button.
2. Enter a trigger name.
3. Set the App field to Neodeluxe ATM.
4. Set the Event field. For example: Task Created
5. Select the ATM Queue ID from the dropdown menu.
6. Click Save.
The new triggered application will appear in the trigger menu board.

8 STEPS

1. To set up Neodeluxe ATM as a trigger, follow these steps.
Click the + New Trigger button.

2. Enter a trigger name. For example, Neodeluxe ATM Trigger

3. Set the App field to Neodeluxe ATM.

4. Set the Event field — for example, Task Created.

5. Select the ATM Queue ID from the dropdown menu.

6. Click Save.

7. When you finish, the new triggered application will appear in the trigger menu board.

8. That's it. You have set up Neodeluxe ATM as a trigger.
