Process Studio Criteria: Supported/ Unsupported Field Types Vs Operators

This article provides an overview of which field types and operators are supported or unsupported when configuring Process Studio Governance Criteria in Neodeluxe.

Use this article as a guideline to ensure your criteria are set up correctly and function as expected within your triggers and conditional nodes.

Criteria can be implemented in two different features within Process Studio: 

In the Trigger Filters section that is displayed in the Trigger Creation and Trigger Edition interfaces.

And in the If/Else Conditional Nodes setup section, displayed in the Process Editor.

Trigger Filters 

When one of the following options is selected in the Variable dropdown:

• At least one fieldcode should have changed or
• Every fieldcode should have changed, the Operator field is DISABLED. 

Instead, a dropdown field is displayed with all the existing fields retrieved from the selected Section in the selected Project Type to select the desired fields.

In the case of the At least one fieldcode should have changed option, the criteria is triggered when ONE or MORE of the selected fieldcodes change within the associated Filevine Project.

In the case of the Every fieldcode should have changed, option, the criteria is triggered when ALL the selected fieldcodes change within the associated Filevine Project.
