The Dashboard menu provides administrators with key performance insights into process activities. It offers a comprehensive overview of how processes are functioning, their success rates, plan usage, available remaining processes, and other valuable data points for management purposes.
How to Access the Dashboard Menu
To access the Process Studio Dashboard menu, follow these steps:
1. Click the Process menu.
2. Click the Dashboard menu.
Dashboard Overview
The Process Studio dashboard includes the following elements:
1. Plan Usage 2. Available Processes 3. Active Triggers 4. Time Range Menu |
5. Clear Filter Button 6. Overview 7. Most Used Processes 8. Success vs. Failure Chart |
Plan Usage
Displays the total number of active processes compared to the total available processes. A progress bar shows the number of processes used, increasing as more processes are utilized, along with a count of the total processes used.
Available Processes
Shows the total number of processes available in your plan.
Active Triggers
Shows the total number of active triggers.
Time Range Menu
Allows admins to modify the time range displayed in the "Success vs. Failure Chart." To change the time range:
1. Click the Time Range menu.
2. Select an option: This Week, This Month, Today, or Select Dates.
If you choose Select Dates, specify the Start Date and End Date, then click Apply.
Folders
This option displays the list of existing folders, which serve as filters. These are the same folders found in the Processes menu.
Clear Filters Button
Resets the time filter back to the default setting.
Overview
Shows the total number of successful and failed process executions within the selected time frame.
Most Used Processes
Provides detailed information about the most frequently used processes, including:
1. Process Name
2. Total Jobs
The total number of times the process has run (both successful and failed) within the selected time frame.
3. Success
4. Failed
5. Last Execution.
Success vs. Failure Chart
Visually represents the success and failure rates of your automated processes within the selected time range. This dynamic chart updates whenever the time range is modified. To view detailed information about a specific bar on the chart, hover the mouse over it to display a pop-up.
You can export the chart information in SVG, PNG, or CSV format. To do so:
1. Click the menu icon on the chart.
2. Select your preferred export format (SVG, PNG, or CSV).
