Overview

A Workflow Node serves as a step that represents an existing Workflow within Neostella. Once a workflow record of the nested workflow runs, and closed with a corresponding Outcome Code, the following step in the parent workflow is reached.

How to Configure a Nested Workflow

To configure a Delay Node follow these steps:

  1. In the Workflows Editor, drag and drop the Workflow node .
  2. Select a workflow that will be nested within your current workflow.
Only published workflows can be selected for nesting.
Nested workflows should not contain circular references.

For Example: If Workflow A is already nested inside Workflow B, you cannot then nest Workflow B inside Workflow A.

  1. Enter the Custom Name*.
  2. Click NEST WORKFLOW. The workflow was created successfully message is displayed, and the Outcome Paths are displayed in the node card.
