To configure a Completion Rule node follow these steps:
- In the Workflows Editor, locate the Completion Rule node
and click on its card. The Completion Rule Editor panel is displayed.
- Click the Completion Rule card.
- In Available Finish Points, drag and drop a finish point into Group 1. Repeat as needed.
- Select the completion condition. Available options are Any and All.
If Any is selected, the workflow closes when any configured finish point in the group is completed.
If All is selected, the workflow closes only when all configured finish points in the group are completed.
WARNING:
- When using the ALL condition, finish points from the same task CANNOT be configured. These outputs are mutually exclusive and cannot occur at the same time.
- Select the Outcome Code for the Group.
Displayed Outcome Codes were created with the Workflow Type enabled in the Outcome CodeS tab.
- To configure additional groups, click +ADD COMPLETION GROUP, and repeat steps 2 - 4.
- Click the
button to remove added groups.
- Click SAVE. The rule was edited successfully message is displayed and the setup is saved.
Configuring the Completion Rule is required in every workflow. At least Completion Group 1 must be configured.
