The Tasks view, accessed from the Tasks section within project or lead records has the following elements:

In the Filter panel the options to filter data in the dashboard are displayed. These elements are described below:

  1. Filter Task
This field allows users to enter text to filter tasks based on the entered data.
  1. Group By

Organize tasks according to:

  • Task Status.
  • Task Priority.
  1. Sort By
Sort tasks according to: Name, Type, Due Date, Priority, or Assignee.
  1. Task Type
Filter tasks that match the specified task type.
  1. Due Date
Filter tasks that match the specified due date range according to a specific timeframe.
  1. Priority
Filter tasks that match the selected priorities: Highest, High, Medium, Low or Lowest.
  1. Assignee
Filter tasks according to the selected assigned user.
Click this button to apply the filters. Results are displayed according to the selected filters.
Click this button to remove applied filters.


Additionally, a table displays all related tasks. The elements included in the table are described below:

  1. Task Status

Collapsible/expandable sections containing a table of tasks grouped by status:

In Progress: Displays the tasks in progress.

Assigned: Displays the assigned tasks that users still need to manage.

Snoozed: Tasks that are temporarily postponed by the user, until a specified date and time. When the snooze period ends, the platform automatically restores the task’s previous status.

Pending: POR FAVOR INDICAR ESTE ESTATUS.

Closed: Tasks that were completed by the assigned user.

  1. N Tasks
Displays the total number of tasks for the status. The warning icon is displayed when one or more tasks are due.
  1. Task Name
Name of the task. Click the task name to open the Task Management Side Panel.
  1. Status

Displays the current task status. Available status are:

Completed, Pending and Assigned.

  1. Assignee
Displays the assigned user’s name. If the task has not been assigned, this field is empty.
  1. Task Type
Displays the type of task.
  1. Due Date
Date by which the task must be completed.
  1. Priority
Displays the task priority: Highest, High, Medium, Low, Lowest.
