The Tasks page, accessed from the main Tasks menu, includes three tabs: PERSONAL, AVAILABLE and ALL.
 

PERSONAL Tab Interface

The PERSONAL page serves as the central dashboard for the user’s tasks, generated from Workflow Instances or Ad-Hoc tasks.

Users can easily request, filter, visualize and manage their assigned tasks here.

The following elements are displayed in the PERSONAL dashboard:

Click this button to ask for a new task.


 In the Filter Side Panel, the options to filter data in the dashboard are displayed. These elements are described below:

  1. Search task
This field allows users to enter text to filter tasks based on the name.
  1. Group By

Organize tasks according to:

  • Task Status.
  • Task Priority.
  1. Due Date
Filter tasks that match the specified due date range according to a specific timeframe.
  1. Context Type
Filter tasks according to the selected context type.
  1. Context Name
Filter tasks according to the selected context name.
  1. Priority

Filter tasks that match the selected priorities:

  • Highest
  • High
  • Medium
  • Low
  • Lowest
  1. APPLY FILTERS
Click this button to apply the filters. Results are displayed according to the selected filters.
  1. CLEAR FILTERS
Click this button to remove applied filters.

 

ElementDescription
  1. Task Table 

Collapsible/expandable sections containing a table of tasks grouped by status:

In Progress: The user is actively working on the task.

Assigned: Tasks the user still needs to manage.

Snoozed: The user has temporarily postponed the task until a specified date and time. When the snooze period ends, the system automatically restores the task’s previous status.

Closed: The user has completed the task. A resolution code indicates how and why it was closed.

Completed: The task was resolved. 

  1. N Tasks
Displays the total number of tasks for the status. The warning icon is displayed when one or more tasks are due.
  1. Task Name
Name of the task. Click the task name to open the Task Management Side Panel.
  1. Due Date
Date by which the task must be completed.
  1. Priority
Displays the task priority: Highest, High, Medium, Low, Lowest.
  1. Context Name
Displays the context associated with the task.
  1. Task Type
Displays the type of task.


 AVAILABLE Tab Interface

The AVAILABLE page acts as the central dashboard where users can view all tasks they are eligible to request, based on assignment matching parameters. It allows users to efficiently filter, visualize, and manage these tasks in one place.

The following elements are displayed in the AVAILABLE dashboard:

In the Filter Side Panel, the options to filter data in the dashboard are displayed. These elements are described below:

  1. Search task
This field allows users to enter text to filter tasks based on the entered data.
  1. Sort By
Sort tasks according to the Due Date.
  1. Due Date
Filter tasks that match the specified due date range according to a specific timeframe.
  1. Context Type
Filter tasks according to the selected context type.
  1. Context Name
Filter tasks according to the selected context name.
  1. Priority
Filter tasks that match the selected priorities: Highest, High, Medium, Low or Lowest.
  1. APPLY FILTERS
Click this button to apply the filters. Results are displayed according to the selected filters.
  1. CLEAR FILTERS
Click this button to remove applied filters.


 Additionally, a table displays all available tasks. The elements included in the table are described below:

 ALL Tab Interface

This is where admin users can view all tasks that currently exist within the tenant in one centralized place. It includes tasks currently being managed by users, as well as tasks available for request.

This view is available only to admin users.
