The Tasks feature allows users to efficiently manage, monitor, and request tasks generated from workflows or created ad-hoc tasks (non-workflow tasks). It provides a centralized dashboard where users can visualize tasks using customizable filters, ensuring quick access to the required information. Think of it as a centralized hub for managing tasks related to Projects and Leads, whether they originate from workflows or are created ad hoc.

You can find all your tasks in the Tasks menu, regardless of their type.
- In the Cases workspace, the Tasks menu displays all tasks associated with Projects, including ad-hoc tasks.
- In the Intake workspace, the Tasks menu displays all tasks associated with Leads, including ad-hoc tasks.
Tasks related to a specific Project or Lead are also available in the Tasks section within the corresponding Project or Lead.

To navigate to the Tasks dashboard, follow these steps:
- After accessing Neostella, in the upper panel click the Task icon
and click the SEE ALL TASKS>. The Tasks dashboard is displayed.

To navigate to the Tasks page in the Cases workspace, follow these steps:
- After accessing Neostella, click the grid icon
and select the
Cases workspace.
- Navigate to the
Tasks menu. The Tasks dashboard is displayed.

- After accessing Neostella, click the grid icon

Cases workspace.
- Navigate to the
Projects menu, and select the Project to display.
- Select the
Tasks section. The Tasks dashboard is displayed. Here, you will find all the tasks related to the specific Project selected in step 2.

- After accessing Neostella, click the table icon
and select the
Intake workspace.
- Navigate to the
Leads menu, and select the Lead to display.
- Select the
Tasks section. The Tasks dashboard is displayed.
Here, you will find all the tasks related to the specific Lead selected in step 2. These tasks are also visible in the main Tasks view of each assigned user.
