The ASSIGNEES tab is the governance workspace where administrators assign users and groups to a Permission Set. Any user or group added to the current Permission Set inherits the access levels configured across:
- PROJECTS tab.
- SYSTEM tab.
- CUSTOM PERMISSIONS tab.
Permissions defined in prior configuration stages become effective only after assignment. Without assignees, a Permission Set remains structurally configured but operationally inactive.
Users and groups can be assigned to multiple Permission Sets simultaneously.

users list
The Users list displays the full directory of active system users available for assignment. This directory is sourced directly from the Users management tool and reflects the organization’s current user base.
Administrators can select individual users from this list to assign governance permissions through the Permission Set. Once assigned, users inherit all configured access levels defined within the permission structure.
groups list
The Groups list displays all user groups configured in the system. This directory is sourced from the Groups management tool and represents structured collections of users organized by role, department, or operational function.
Assigning a group grants the configured permissions to all members within that group simultaneously.
selected members list
The Selected Members list displays all users and groups currently assigned to the Permission Set.
Membership within this list activates the permission structure configured across PROJECTS, SYSTEM, and CUSTOM PERMISSIONS. Any updates to the Permission Set automatically propagate to all listed members once saved.
add button
The ADD button assigns selected users or groups to the current Permission Set. Once added, those members inherit the governance configuration defined within the editor.
remove button
The REMOVE button revokes the assignment of selected users or groups from the Permission Set.
Removed members immediately lose the access levels governed by that configuration and revert to permissions granted through other assigned Permission Sets, if applicable.
