The ACTIVITY tab within the people editor provides a detailed, user-specific audit log of actions performed by or associated with a contact/user across Neostella. This tab is powered by the User Activity data tool, which is automatically filtered to display only the activity related to the selected user.
The ACTIVITY tab allows admins to analyze user behavior at a granular level. Each record represents an action that resulted in a change within the system, offering visibility into what was done, when it occurred, and which objects and contexts were involved. This makes the ACTIVITY tab a key tool for auditing, troubleshooting, and operational analysis.

From the Control Center:
1. Click Users
2. Click the PEOPLE tab
3. Locate a contact/user and double-click their name

The + RELOAD button acts as a real-time refresh trigger. When selected, it sends a request to the system to retrieve the most recent activity performed by the user across Neostella and updates the activity table accordingly.
toolbar
The toolbar in the ACTIVITY tab allows admins to control how activity data is displayed and explored. Admins can show or hide table columns, apply filters to narrow down results, adjust row density to control how much information is visible at once, export the current activity view, and search for specific values using the search bar.

The activity table displays a chronological record of the user’s activity across Neostella. Each row represents a single action and exposes detailed metadata through multiple columns.

activity panel
The activity panel displays the full details of a selected action in JSON format. This view exposes the raw system-level data behind the action, showing exactly what occurred within Neostella.
The activity panel is especially useful for advanced troubleshooting, audits, and understanding how specific actions impact the system at a technical level.
