The Forms tool is composed of three main components that allow admins to manage forms efficiently:
- Filters menu, used to locate existing forms.
- ADD NEW FORM button, used to create new forms.
- Forms table, used to view, edit, and delete forms.

To filter forms using the form name, follow these steps:
1. Click the Search by form name field.
2. Enter the name (or part of the name) of the form.
The forms table will display only the forms whose Name column matches the entered value.

To filter forms using the Object name, follow these steps:
1. Click the Search by object name field.
2. Enter the name of the Object.
The forms table will display only the forms that are based on the selected Object, matching the Object column.

how to add a new form
To create a new form, follow these steps:
1. Click ADD NEW FORM.
2. Enter the Form Name.
3. Select an Object.
4. Confirm that the Status is set to Active (this is the default).
5. Design the form in the Form Editor.
6. Click SAVE.
