Neodeluxe Project Creator

Neodeluxe Project Creator allows Neodeluxe admins to create new projects in both Filevine and Neodeluxe, directly from the Neodeluxe portal, streamlining the setup process. In addition, Neodeluxe admins can also connect existing Filevine projects to the Neodeluxe portal for seamless integration.

Each project must be associated with a client who has a valid email address. If the client doesn’t already exist in the system, admins can easily create their profile directly within the portal, no need to switch platforms.

How to Access Project Creator

To access the Neodeluxe Project Creator:

1. Log in to Neodeluxe and go to the Admin menu.
2. Click on Neodeluxe Portal and then click Project Creator.

The Project Creator dashboard streamlines the project creation process, allowing admins to input essential details, assign a client, and configure project settings. Here are the elements: 

Create a Project for Filevine

To create a project in Filevine from Neodeluxe, follow these steps:

1. Enter the project title.
2. Select the Project Type.
3. Enter the client's email and select the corresponding client.
4. Click Create.

Create a Project for Neodeluxe

If the project already exists in Filevine, this tool allows admins to seamlessly transfer it to Neodeluxe. Follow these steps:

1. Enter the project title.
2. Select the Project Type.
3. Enter the client's email and select the corresponding client.
4. Toggle Create Project in Portal.
5. Click Create.

The project will now appear in the Projects section of the Neodeluxe main menu.

Add a New Contact

All projects need an associated client, if the client is new or there is no email associated with them, admins can create a basic contact card from Neodeluxe Project Creator:

1. Click the add contact card icon .
A contact card form will appear.
2. (Required) Enter the First Name and Email.
3. (Optional) Enter the contact's Last Name, Phone Number, and Address.
4. Click Save to add the contact.
Now, admins can create a project for both Filevine and Neodeluxe.
