When working with Views, admins may encounter the following challenges:
Edit the Wrong Role
Always verify the correct role is selected before making any changes.
Copy Views Between Roles
Verify all fields after copying to ensure nothing was missed.
“Only Visible to Owner" Setting
Ensure the user’s contact card email matches the associated item email for proper functionality.
Views Availability
Views won’t be available for use until the project setup and field mapping are completed. Ensure all fields are correctly mapped before trying to use or adjust view settings.
