For questions about case processes or user information, please reach out to your case team. They have the necessary tools and information to assist you. 

The Neodeluxe support team does not have access to this information and only provides support related to the Neodeluxe application functions.

How Can I Contact My Case Team?

You can contact your case team by clicking the Request Information Changes button in your Client Portal. Follow these steps:

1. Log in to your firm’s Client Portal and go to the Projects menu.
2. Click on the case.
3. Click Request Information Changes.
4. Enter your request and click Submit.


The Request Information Changes button is optional for law firms. If it's not visible in your Client Portal, please contact your case team directly via email.
