The forms dashboard allows admins to manage forms with actions such as publishing, duplicating, updating, and adjusting form status.
Publish a Form (Go Live)
To publish a form as live, follow these steps:
1. Go to the Forms table.
2. Slide the bar to the right and locate the Status column. Check if it is Live or Draft.
3. If it Draft, in the Actions column and click the Go Live icon .
4. Click Go Live in the confirmation pop-up.
- Static and Project Forms: Users can freely switch these forms between Live and Draft statuses.
- ATM and Task Forms: Once Live, Task Forms cannot be reverted to Draft. Therefore, the Go Live button will be disabled. These forms can still be edited.
- Only administrators can activate or deactivate forms.
Set a Form Back to Draft
To unpublish a form and set it back to draft, follow these steps:
1. Go to the Forms table.
2. Slide the bar to the right and locate the Status column. Check if it is Live or Draft.
3. If it Live, in the Actions column and click the Set as Draft icon.
4. Click Set as Draft in the confirmation pop-up.
- Static and Project Forms: Users can freely switch these forms between Live and Draft statuses.
- ATM and Task Forms: Once Live, Task Forms cannot be reverted to Draft. Therefore, the Go Live button will be disabled. These forms can still be edited.
Duplicate a Form
Easily create a copy of existing forms, including all formatting:
1. Go to the Forms table.
2. Slide the bar to the right to view the Actions column.
3. Click the Duplicate Form button.
Activate and Deactivate the Status of a Form
The activation status allows you to disable forms without permanently deleting them, keeping your forms dashboard clean while allowing for future reactivation and editing if needed. To change the activation status of a form:
1. Select a form in the Name column. This redirects you to the form builder.
2. In the Form Settings menu, find the Is Active field:
Yes: The form is active.
No: The form is deactivated.
3. Select the desired status (Yes or No) and click Apply.
4. Click Save to confirm changes.
Update a Form
To modify an existing form:
1. Go to the Forms table.
2. Select a form in the Name column to open the form builder.
3. Adjust form settings, section settings, or field settings as needed.
4. (Optional) Click Preview Mode to preview your changes before saving,
5. Click Save to apply updates.
