Neodeluxe Support: Actions

This guide shows you how to use the toolbar and the support grid to show or hide projects, manage columns and filters, adjust density, export data, and search effectively within projects. Inside the Neodeluxe Support dashboard.

Support Toolbar

  • To show or hide columns in the Support Dashboard, please follow these steps:

    Find columns: Click Columns and enter the name of the column.

    Hide all columns
    : Click Columns and then click Hide All.

    : Click Columns and then click Show All.

    Hide or show columns
    : Click Columns and then tag the columns to hide or show.

  • Filters help to find information from your projects. To apply them follow these steps: 

    1. Click Filters
    2. Select the Columns name (e.g., “Name” or “Description”)
    3. Select an Operator (e.g., “Contains”, “equals”, or "is empty")
    4. Enter a Value.



    To refine the search further, click + Add Filter to include more filters. Combine filters with and to meet all criteria or or to meet any one.

  • Adjust the view density of the projects shown in the dashboard:

    1. Click Density and select between: Compact, Standard, or Comfortable.

  • To export data from your Support Dashboard:

    1. Click Export and select between: Download as CSV, Download as Excel, or Print.

    - Download as CSV exports the information in a CSV format.
    - Download as Excel exports the information in an Excel format.
    - Print exports the information to a PDF document.

  • Find a project in the Support Dashboard by using the search bar: 

    1. Click on the Search bar and enter the name of the project.



    Searches using other details, like description or created by, won’t display the projects or contacts.

Support Grid

This section covers how to sort and filter columns within the Neodeluxe Support Dashboard, including using the arrow buttons, unsorting, and sorting by ascending (ASC) and descending (DESC) order.

  • Sort Columns Alphabetically
    For the alphabetical columns like Project Name, Filevine Phase, and Project Type, sort them alphabetically from A to Z or Z to A.

    1. Click on the arrow pointing up to sort from A to Z or click on the arrow pointing down to sort from Z to A.

    Sort Columns Numerically

    For the numeric columns like Project ID, Report ID, Created Date, and Last Update, sort them by creation date—either from newest to oldest or oldest to newest.

    1. Click on the arrow pointing up to sort from newest to oldest and click on the arrow pointing down to sort from oldest to newest

    Sorting is not available for the Is Active, Expired At, and Actions columns, as they are preconfigured with default information and actions.
  • To list projects with no specific order:

    1. Click on the menu icon “and click Unsort.

  • To list projects starting with the earliest or first created: 

    1. Click on the menu icon “and click Sort by ASC.

  • To list projects starting with the most recent or last field created: 

    1. Click on the menu icon “and click Sort by DESC.

  • To narrow down contact cards using columns, operators, or values: 

    1. Click on the menu icon “and click Filter.
    2. Set filters: Columns, Operator and Value.

Additional features are available within the grid of the Neodeluxe Support Dashboard. Functionalities like hiding and showing columns, pinning columns to the left or right, unpinning them, and other specialized column functions.

  • To hide a column from view: 

    1. Click on the menu icon “and click Hide

  • To bring back any hidden columns:

    1. Click on the menu icon “” and click Show Columns. A columns menu lets you activate desired columns using the blue toggle.

  • Pin to left
    To fix a column to the left side of your dashboard:

    1. Click on the menu icon “and click Pin to left

    Pin to right
    To fix a column to the right side of your dashboard:

    1. Click on the menu icon “and click Pin to right

  • To remove the position of a pinned column:

    1. Click on the menu icon “and click Unpin

  • On the right side of the dashboard, these columns come with default actions and display information from your database.

    • The Is Active column shows if the project is active or inactive.
    • The Expired At column displays the date when the project will expire or become inactive.
    • The Action column provides options to edit or update the project’s status.

    Projects marked with a Yes in the Is Active column are locked for security and can’t be modified. However, you can update the status of projects showing No in this column.
