Overview
Reserved words in the Neostella Word Add-in allow users to add dynamic content, variables and logic when creating reusable Word templates.
They define how information from the selected context or object is inserted and organized in the generated document.
List of reserved words
| Reserved Word | Description |
| List | Inserts all the fields related to an object as a list. |
| Table | Opens the table configuration to select fields and define the columns to display in the document. |
| Roles | Provides access to context-related roles and the included fields. |
| When |
Opens the conditional configuration to define when content is included based on conditions. Available conditionals:

| Formula | Performs calculations using numerical fields. |
| Today | Inserts the document generation date. |
| Signature | Allows for the creation of a signature field in the template. |
Prerequisites & Dependencies
- Microsoft Word Installed
- Neostella Add In Installed from the Microsoft App Source

Required Permissions
- Access to Control Center.
- Permission to generate documents.
- Login to the Add-In inside Word.
Limitations
- The Neostella Add-in is only available for Microsoft Word.
Configuration Steps
- Open Microsoft Word.
- Select the Neostella Document Generator Add-in.
- Login using your Neostella credentials.
- Select a Tenant.
- Choose a Context..
- This will open the editor.
- Enter the reserved word without changes; this will automatically open a configuration menu.
- Add fields depending on the required action. Fields may vary based on the reserved word selection.
- Press INSERT to add the configured fields in the template.
- To finish, click on PUBLISH TEMPLATE.
