The Contacts section in the Project Editor contextual menu displays all contacts associated with a project. These contacts may include individual people or organizations linked to the project.
The list of contacts is generated based on all people and organizations directly connected to the project through any relationship field. The information displayed in this section is defined by the organization’s administrative configuration. Administrators establish the available people, organizations, relationship types, and contact structures within the system settings.
The Contacts section provides a centralized and dynamic view of all entities connected to the project and their corresponding relationships.

To access the Contacts section of a project, follow these steps:
1. Open the Cases workspace.
2. Click Projects.
3. In the ALL PROJECTS tab, locate and click the project's name.
The Project Editor will open.
4. In the Contextual Menu, click Contacts section.
The Contacts section will display.

The Contacts section dashboard contains the following components:
1. Contacts section.
2. PEOPLE tab.
3. ORGANIZATIONS tab.
people tab
The PEOPLE tab displays all individual contacts directly associated with the project. For each contact, the system displays the following information:
- Contact name.
- Contact type.
- Relationship to the project.
- Filtering tags.
This tab serves as an informational view of the people connected to the project. The information displayed here originates from two sources:
- Data entered in the Details form within the Details section of the Project Editor.
- Contact and relationship configurations previously defined by administrators in the system settings
organizations tab
The ORGANIZATIONS tab displays all organizations associated with the project. Within this tab, the system presents the following information:
- Organization name.
- Organization type.
- Relationship to the project.
- Filtering tags.
Like the PEOPLE tab, this section is informational. The organizations and relationship configurations displayed here are defined through the organization’s administrative settings. Contacts are linked to a project exclusively through relationship fields, and this section presents those associations in a centralized and read-only view.
