Activity feed - Overview

The Activity Feed feature allows users to view all generated Activity Feed items across every project/ lead they are involved in in Neostella. Think of it as:

  • Your project or lead activity timeline.
  • Your operational visibility center.
  • Your legal audit trail across cases.

This matters in a Legal Firm due Legal teams often work across multiple cases or leads simultaneously. Instead of opening each project/lead individually to check updates, the Activity Feed allows you to:

  • Monitor activity across all your assigned cases/leads.
  • Identify recent updates without navigating case by case/ lead by lead.
  • Stay aligned with your team in real time.

This serves as a multi-history hub, ensuring nothing important is missed.

Key Benefits

Through the Activity page, users gain the following benefits:

  • View activity from the projects/leads they are involved in.
  • Access a consolidated chronological feed.
  • Improve operational awareness across cases/leads.
  • Filter activity by Project/Lead, Event, Type, User, and Date.
  • Reduce time spent navigating between projects/leads.

NOTE:  

  • The items displayed in your Activity Feed depend on how the Project/Lead Feed configuration has been set up by your organization's admin. Each Project/Lead Type has a unique configuration that determines which Object Events will trigger feed items. If certain updates or events are missing from your feed, it may be because those events have not been configured by your  organization's admin for the project type or lead type you're working with. 
  • Need to See Specific Events? If you need to visualize certain events that are not appearing in your Activity Feed, please notify your organization's admin. They may need to adjust the Project or Lead Feed configuration for the specific Project/Lead Type you're working with to ensure those events are included in the feed.
