Activity Feed Navigation

  • You can find all your project related Feed Items in the Activity menu of the Cases workspace. Additionally, you can find all your lead related Feed Items in the Activity menu of the Intake workspace. 
  • Related Feed Items directly from a specific Project/Lead are displayed in the Activity section within a Project or Lead.

How to access your Activity Feed in the Cases workspace

To access the Activity Feed page, follow these steps:

  1. After accessing Neostella, click the grid iconand select the  Cases workspace.
  2. Navigate to Activity. The Activity page with the feed items from all projects where you are involved is displayed.

How to access your Activity Feed in the Intake workspace

 

To access the Activity Feed page, follow these steps:

  1. After accessing Neostella, click the grid iconand select the Intake workspace.
  2. Navigate to Activity. The Activity page with the feed items from all leads where you are involved is displayed.

How to access your Activity Feed from Within a Project

  1. After accessing Neostella, click the grid icon and select the Cases workspace.
  2. Navigate to the Projects menu, and select the Project to display. 
  3. Select the Activity section. Here, you will find all the Activity Feed Items related to the specific Project selected in step 2.
     

How to access your Activity Feed from Within a Lead

  1. After accessing Neostella, click the grid icon and select the Intake workspace.
  2. Navigate to the Leads menu, and select the Lead to display. 
  3. Select the Activity section. Here, you will find all the Activity Feed Items related to the specific Lead selected in step 2.
     

Activity Feed Interface

The Activity Feed is the central hub for visualizing chronologically all the most important items related to the project/lead.

note: The Activity Feed page works similarly in both the Cases and Intake workspaces, with some differences outlined in the element descriptions.

The following elements are displayed in the Activity Feed view:

  1. Project/Lead

Select the Projects/Leads to filter feeds that match the selected projects/leads. Select projects/leads to filter the feed based on the selection. The displayed options include only the projects/leads you are involved in.

NOTE: This dropdown is not displayed in the Activity Feed page within a Project or Lead management page, because only Feed Items related with that specific item are shown.

  1. Event
Select the Event to filter activity feeds that match the selected event. Displayed options are the Object Events configured for all the project types. or lead types
  1. Type
Select the Types to filter activity feeds that match the selected Object Types and nested Types in the platform.
  1. Date Range
Select Date Range to select a range of dates for the activity feed items. The final date can be selected up to today.
  1. User
Enter text to search and select users in the platform to filter. Matching results will be updated in real time as you enter text.
  1. CLEAR FILTERS
Click CLEAR FILTERS to clear and display all feeds in the Activity Feed.
  1. Activity Feed items
  • Display the list of activity feed items in chronological order.
  • Activity feed items are grouped and ordered by Month DD, YYYY. Each activity feed item includes the following information:
    • Object icon: Displays the object icon.
    • Message: Indicates the message that is associated with the event.
    • Object Name: The name of the object where the event happened.
    • Time (hh:mm AM/PM): The system time when the feed item was generated.
    • Event: The type of event that generated the feed item.
    • + Icon: Click this icon to access the corresponding object.

NOTE: If no Feed Item coincidences are found, the message: 

In Cases workspace: No activity matches your criteria. Try adjusting your filters or selecting another project.

In Intake workspace: Currently, there are no leads assigned to you, so you cannot view any activity. However, you can Configure your Feed Settings in advance before any lead are assigned.
