The Activity dashboard is the central hub for creating and managing the settings that determine what information will be shown in the Activity Feed of projects created under each Project Type.
The following elements are displayed in the Activity dashboard:
| Element | Description |
| 1. +CREATE | Click this button to create a new configuration for a Project Type. |
The table lists all Project Types that already have Project Feed configurations.
Projects visualized by end users, whose Project Type has not been configured, will display an empty Activity Feed within the corresponding projects.
The table’s elements are described below:
| Element | Description |
| 2. Search | This field allows users to enter text to filter configured Project Types based on the entered data. |
| 3. Project Type | Name of the configured Project Type. |
| 4. Objects Configured | Objects that are currently configured for Project Type. |
| 5. Updated By | Displays the user name who created or last modified the configuration. |
| 6. Last Update | Displays the most recent modification date. |
| 7. Status | Indicates whether the configuration is Active or Inactive.
|
Status Behavior
- Active: The enabled Object Events will generate Activity Feed items for all projects created under that Project Type.
- Inactive: No Activity Feed items will be generated while the configuration is inactive.
- Activity occurring during an inactive period is not generated retroactively. Once reactivated, only new events will produce feed items in projects Activity Feed.
