Follow these steps to resolve tasks in bulk.

- Go to the Task Management menu, select Tasks, and click the Bulk Resolution tab.
- Click the Report Filter button.
- In the Report Filter pop-up, select a Queue Name*
- Enter a valid Filevine Report ID*,
- Click Filter.
- Queue Name* Selection: The Queue Name* dropdown lists only the Live Queues Triggered by Criteria.

Filevine Report ID*: To obtain the Filevine Report ID*, open the corresponding saved report in Filevine and copy the number at the end of the URL.
- Filevine Report ID* Requirements:
- The report must contain the Project ID column with projects that match the configured Project Type from the selected Queue Name*.
- Based on the configured Queue Section Type (Form or Collection) in the Queue Name*, the report should contain:
- For Section Type: Form: The Project ID column.
- For Section Type: Collection: Both a Project ID column and an Item ID column that matches the Collection section configured in the Entry Criteria for the selected Queue Name*.

- Filtering Process
- The filtering process may take a few seconds as it filters the projects in the report to find those with active tasks associated with the selected Queue Name*. The following message appear: Please do not leave the Report Filter screen during this time, or the process will be canceled.
- Report ID Validation:
- If the entered Report ID is valid and the projects have active associated tasks: the corresponding report rows are displayed in the list. The columns are displayed based on the structure of the report.
- Only the Project IDs in the report that match the selected Queue's Project Type and contain active tasks will be listed after the filtering process. Projects that do not match the Queue's Project Type or do not have any associated tasks will not appear in the list.
- If the Report ID is valid but has no associated tasks: The message appears: There are no tasks associated with this report.
- If the Report ID is not valid: The message appear: The Report ID could not be found.
- In the list, select the checkboxes associated with project tasks you want to resolve in bulk, and then click the Resolve N Task button.
- Select the Resolution Category*. The list displays all visible resolution categories (not hidden in the setup) including both default categories and categories added by the Admin user. Default options include Completed, No Longer Needed, and Not Applicable.
- Then select the Resolution Code*. The available options are displayed based on the resolution codes that have been created.
- Enter the Comments related to the bulk resolution (optional),
- Then click the Resolve button. The Bulk Task Resolution pop-up is displayed with the Bulk Task Resolution activity summary.
- Click Close.
- The Bulk Task Resolution activity summary could display the following information:
- The total number of successfully resolved tasks (with a check icon).
- The total number of failed tasks (with a warning icon) when a task was previously resolved by another user. Under the failed tasks count, the system will display the note: Failed Tasks were resolved previously by another user.
- If you resolve some filtered tasks, the remaining ones will stay visible in the list.
- If you resolve all filtered tasks, the message “All tasks have been resolved! To start a new mass assignment, submit another report filter” appears.
- Once you leave the Bulk Resolution page, the list is cleared.
