Advanced Task Management Roles and Permissions

Neodeluxe Advanced Task Management provides three distinct user permissions, allowing your internal staff to manage tasks based on their roles. Each staff member can be assigned one or multiple permissions as needed. All roles have access to the Task Manager via the Neodeluxe Sidebar Extension. For more information on accessing the Neodeluxe Sidebar, please visit Neodeluxe Sidebar Setup & Login.

Admin User (atm_admin)

    • Full access to Neodeluxe Client Portal Task Management menu options:
      • Dashboard (Queues & Tasks Metrics tab, and User Metrics tab).
      • Queues (Queues List tab, and Manual Triggers tab): Allowed to view, create, edit, and soft delete (deactivate) queues and tasks, and trigger tasks manually. 
      • Tasks (Regular: Tasks From Queues tab, and Single Tasks tab). Allowed to manage regular tasks and single tasks.
    • Full access to the Admin menu, Advanced Task Manager Setup page, that allows the following setups:
      • Assignment Configuration.
      • Labels.
      • Processes.
      • Resolution Codes.
    • Full access to the Admin menu, General page, Users option, for assigning labels to the users.
    • Access to the Neodeluxe Sidebar Extension to manage assigned tasks or manually select tasks from the queue. 

    For Example: Director of Operations.

Manager User (atm_manager)

  • Partial access to Neodeluxe Client Portal Task Management menu options: 
    • Dashboard (Queues & Tasks Metrics tab, and User Metrics tab).
    • Queues (Queues List tab, and Manual Triggers tab): Allowed to only view queues but cannot create or edit them. Cannot trigger tasks manually. 
    • Tasks (Regular: Tasks From Queues tab, and Single Tasks tab): Allowed to manage  regular tasks and single tasks: Edit Priority, Due Date, Add Note, Snooze to User, Snooze to Queue, Resolve tasks, and manually assign unassigned tasks. 
  • View-only access to the Admin menu.
  • Access to the Neodeluxe Sidebar Extension to manage assigned tasks or manually select tasks from the queue. 

For Example: Case Management Team Lead.

Member/Everyday User (atm_user)

  • Partial access to Neodeluxe Client Portal Task Management menu options: 
    • Tasks: Access to the assigned task resolution view in the Neodeluxe Client Portal through a direct link from the Extension. 
    • Allowed to manage the assigned task: Edit Priority, Due Date, Add Note, Snooze to User, Snooze to Queue, Resolve tasks.
  • No access to the Admin menu.
  • Access to the Neodeluxe Sidebar Extension to manage assigned tasks or manually select tasks from the queue. 

For Example: Paralegal.
