Who can use this feature?
Neodeluxe users with an ATM Admin or ATM Manager role.

To ensure accuracy and avoid errors, carefully follow the instructions for building the CSV file. Comply with the recommendations below to ensure the file is correctly structured:
Data Source:
- Extract all data directly from up-to-date Filevine reports and do not modify it.
- Include only the projects you want to create tasks for in bulk.
- All Project IDs must match the Project Type associated with the selected Queue.
CSV File Structure:
- The CSV file must follow the exact format of the BulkTaskCreationTemplate.Csv.
- Do not rename header rows.
- Do not reorder, delete, or add columns.
- Any structural changes will cause the upload to fail.
File Guidelines:
- Save the file in CSV (Comma-Separated Values) format.
- Ensure the file size does not exceed 1GB.
- The number of rows in the CSV file must NOT exceed 20,000 to ensure proper processing.
- If you need to generate tasks for more than 20,000 projects, split them into separate CSV files and process them individually.
For example: The downloaded BulkTaskCreationTemplate.Csv template contains specific columns according to the Queue’s nature:
