This article provides an overview of which field types and operators are supported or unsupported when configuring Advanced Task Management Criteria in Neodeluxe.

Use this article as a guideline to ensure your criteria are set up correctly and function as expected within your ATM criteria triggers.

In ATM Queues Triggered by Criteria setup, the following list contains supported and not supported fields:
