Why is a Funding Request Not Submitting Successfully?

All mandatory fields must be filled. If a field is missing data, clicking Submit Request will show the message You are missing required fields, and the request won't be submitted. Ensuring all data is filled in the required fields will resolve this issue.

Why is the Autofill Form Button Not Working?

To autofill the USClaims form with data retrieved from a Filevine project, the Admin must map the desired fields for each relevant Project Type in the Neodeluxe Portal.

If a mapped field is empty in the Filevine project, no data will appear in the USClaims form in the Neodeluxe Sidebar.
