Managing Neodeluxe Users
Portal Access Reports control which users have access to which projects in Neodeluxe.
Sync All Portal Access Reports
- In Filevine Integration, go to the Portal Access Report tab.
- Click Sync All Projects.
- Confirm the action by clicking Sync All Projects.
Add a Portal Access Report
- In Filevine Integration, go to the Portal Access Report tab.
- Scroll to the bottom of the screen, and click + Add Report.
- Complete the new report information:
- Project Types*: Select from the dropdown the report’s Project Type.
- Portal Access Report ID: Enter the Portal Access Report ID from Filevine with the same Project Type selected in the previous field.
- Validate Report ID: Click Validate Report ID to check if the entered Portal Access Report ID is valid.
If the Portal Access Report ID is invalid, the message Connection Status: Failed! Appears. The Failed Connection Status may occur when the report is not available from Filevine. This could be because the report was deleted or its permissions were changed.
- Click Save to add the configured report.
Sync Project Access Reports
- In the Filevine Integration interface, go to the Portal Access Report tab.
- Locate the report, and click Sync Project Access List.
This adds the data from the report in Filevine to Neodeluxe, overwriting any existing data and keeping ONLY the information that is in the report
Activate Nightly Syncs
Activating a scheduled job adds the tenant to the list of scheduled portal access updates. This syncs the project list every night, updating access for users included in the report.
Admins can activate Portal Access Reports individually as follows:
- In Filevine Integration, go to the Portal Access Report tab.
- Locate the report and click Activate Schedule Job.
Deactivate Nightly Syncs
Admins can inactivate Portal Access Reports as follows:
- In Filevine Integration, go to the Portal Access Report tab.
- Locate the report, and click Inactivate Schedule Job.
Delete Portal Access Reports
Admins can delete added Portal Access Reports as follows:
- In Filevine Integration, go to the Portal Access Report tab.
- Locate the report, and click the Delete icon
.
- Confirm the action by clicking Delete.
Validate Report IDs From Existing Reports
Admins can validate a Portal Access Reports ID’s as follows:
- In Filevine Integration, go to the Portal Access Report tab.
- Locate the report, and click Validate Report ID.
- Failed Connection: If the Portal Access Report ID is invalid, the message Connection Status: Failed! appears.
The Failed Connection Status may occur when the report is not available from Filevine. This could be because the report was deleted or its permissions were changed.
