• Optional Criteria for Rules: Use conditionals to create rules for any Rule Type (instead of just Mandatory Fields). Rules based on acceptable values and user access can include optional trigger criteria. If the criteria aren’t met, no action is taken, and the rule does not trigger an alert.
• Acceptable Value Rule Operators: The Acceptable Value Rule Operators replace static value lists with operator-driven rules. Admins can use operators like between, equal to, not equal to, greater than, less than, contain, and not contain to define conditions for acceptable data in a field and trigger alerts when those conditions are not met.

• Collection Section Events: Create queue triggers using collection items in Filevine, allowing tasks to be created in a queue when triggered by collection item events.

This tab will be shown as the first tab when the user goes to their Project. Only one landing page can be used per project type, meaning that once a project type is selected in a specific landing page, it can’t be included for another project type.
