Data Warehouse
Implemented upsert logging for field type exceptions. When a mismatch between Filevine field types and DW schema occurs, the process now completes without breaking. Valid fields are updated, while mismatched fields are logged with a dedicated flag to trigger Coralogix alerts, ensuring visibility and resilience in edge cases like Taskflow and deadline column creation.
Addressed a race condition in Taskflows caused by the switch from FIFO to Standard producer queues. Logic was updated to ensure correct sequencing of webhook messages, so that executed_at and reset_at values are applied consistently without overwriting each other.
Process Studio
Lookup Tables: Resolved a DAX thread error where multiple concurrent lookup table operations caused thread limits to be reached. Threads are now properly reused to prevent errors during lookup table actions.

Neodeluxe Automations
CSV Loader – Custom Contacts: CSV Loader now supports creating and updating custom contacts, in addition to task creation. This extends the Mass Updater functionality to handle contact creation and updates directly from a structured CSV file.

Advanced Task Management
Button Redesign by Status: Redesigned action buttons on Task Cards to dynamically adjust based on task status and user role (ATM User, Admin, Manager, Overseer, or Manual Trigger). Ensures only context-relevant actions (Resolve, Snooze, Reactivate, Reopen, Claim, Assign) are available, improving clarity and task handling efficiency.
Task Card Redesign: Redesigned Task Card for improved readability and usability. Task details are now grouped into clear sub-cards (General Information, Dates, Labels) inside a unified container. Enhancements include a streamlined "Manually Assign User" workflow, improved Snooze dropdown actions, visibility rules for task buttons, and a redesigned Notes section for better interaction and clarity.
Entry/Exit Criteria: Added new operators “Contains” and “Does Not Contain” for the Project Phase variable in entry/exit criteria. This enhancement allows more flexible and precise condition building when defining automation triggers, making it easier to manage cases that pass through multiple phases.
Exit Criteria Notifications: Added sidebar notifications when a task is closed due to exit criteria. Assigned users will now see a message in the Neodeluxe sidebar indicating: “The task [task_name] has been closed by exit criteria”, reducing confusion for ATM Managers, Users, and Admins.
Filesync
Dropbox Integration: Enhanced Dropbox Delta processing by separating classidyActions into three different sub-flows, improving performance and reliability.

Fact Link
Improved fact creation experience – newly created facts now automatically expand, focus on the first input field, and collapse any previously expanded fact to prevent input loss.
Added pagination for package lists and folders to support large volumes (up to 30,000 packages) and ensure efficient navigation and performance.
Grid Layout Persistence – Users can now save custom grid configurations (column resizing, visibility, pinning, and order) so that their setup is retained across navigation and sessions.
Resolved an issue where facts were incorrectly highlighted in the PDF when downloaded via the Download Fact Page option. The PDF now correctly matches the highlighted fact from the web interface.
The Go Back button in the document viewer now correctly returns users to the Fact Index when they navigate from there, instead of redirecting to the Package List.
