Nov 28th

Neodeluxe Portal

Nov 27th

Data Warehouse

Resolved the issue where some data updates were not being fully recorded, and audit logs were missing. The core data updates complete successfully, and audit logging will now generate warnings instead of alerts.

Nov 24th

Automations

Enhancements: Streamlined error handling for Mass Updater and Filevine Loader by consolidating all errors into a single note and a single comment per job. Each note and comment includes the attached error file, making it easier to review and track issues.

November 19th

Automations

Data Stream: Enhance to store historical changes for Contact objects by implementing a change-tracking mechanism. Previously, only forms, collections, and projects supported change history.

November 13th

Advanced Task Management

Resolution Code Groups: The success message displayed after updating a resolution code was fixed.

Labels: The success message displayed after creating or updating a label was fixed to display the label name instead the label id.

November 12th

Advanced Task Management

Bulk Resolution / Dashboard for Mass Resolving of Tasks: Through this new feature, users can access the Bulk Resolution page, where they can filter the tasks from a specific Filevine report and resolve them in bulk. Standardized resolution comments and resolution metadata can be used as well.

Resolution Code Groups - Queue view: Fixed an issue where Resolution Code Groups with no associated Resolution Codes were displayed. The Resolution Code Groups dropdown in the Queue View now shows only groups that have at least one associated Resolution Code. Groups without associated codes no longer appear.

Portal - Forms

Portal Forms - Contact cards: The restore logic was fixed when saving or canceling a Contact Card creation within Portal Forms, to display the form under creation reloaded correctly with all previously entered data intact.

November 11th

File Sync

Object Table Enhancement: The Object Table was improved for better reliability and performance. Data is being migrated to the new structure, and final activation and checks are underway to ensure a smooth transition.

November 10th

Bulk Updater Automation - CSV Generator

Enhancement - Expanded CSV Generator Support: The CSV Generator has been upgraded to fully support all Bulk Updater functionalities. It now produces standardized, accurate templates for every supported operation—such as updating projects and forms, managing collection items, creating contacts, notes, and tasks.

November 7th

File Sync

Prevent Unintended Deletions in Filevine: Fixed an issue where projects changing from Included to Excluded could trigger unintended deletions in Filevine. The 2-Way Delta process now correctly respects project status, and the SharePoint Delta process checks current project metadata before performing operations (mapping, creation, deletion, etc.).

November 4th

Advanced Task Management

Scheduled Tasks V3.0 - Chrome Extension: Users can view and resolve Scheduled Tasks directly in the Chrome Extension. Tasks show details, can be searched, and resolved via a modal. Resolved tasks are removed, with notifications handling multi-user conflicts.

Bulk Updater Automation

Collection Item Creation with CSV: Resolved issue where multiline text fields lost line breaks during Bulk Updater operations. Text with newline characters in CSV files now correctly preserves its formatting in Filevine.

Portal - Flows

New Behavior When Exit Criteria Are Met Before Entry Criteria: Flows now evaluate exit criteria only after a project meets entry criteria. Any exit conditions met beforehand are ignored, ensuring projects complete all required actions before exiting.

Process Studio

Trigger Update Handling: Fixed an issue where a process could still be activated by its old trigger after being updated. Now, once a process is republished with a new trigger, only the new trigger can activate it.

“Send Email” Action: Fixed an issue where AWS tokens were not auto-renewing, causing audience get/create operations to fail and contributing to executor async backlogs. The Send Email lambda now automatically refreshes credentials and retries transient failures, ensuring reliable email execution without duplicates.

Multi-Select Conditionals Node: Added the “Doesn’t Contain” operator, allowing conditions to properly exclude specified values.

Insert Items Action: Fixed an issue where date fields were sent as strings instead of dates, causing node validation to fail. Date inputs now use a proper date selector, ensuring correct formatting and successful validation.

Singleton Instances - Tenant Isolation: Singleton-based services now explicitly pass tenant_id per request, preventing cross-tenant data leakage in warm Lambda executions. Emails, branding, and sender information remain isolated, with improved logging for tenant context.

Lookup Tables - Column Limit Enforcement: Fixed an issue where the “Add Column” button remained enabled after a table reached 20 columns. The button is now disabled at the limit, and users see an error message if attempting to add more columns.

Lookup Tables - Update Items Date Fields: Fixed an issue where date columns in the “Update Items” action used a text field instead of a date selector. Users can now select dates via a proper date picker.

US Claims

Neodeluxe Sidebar extension - USClaims UI - Text Field Truncation Enhancement: Text fields such as Accident Summary are now automatically truncated if they exceed 2000 characters after clicking Autofill Form. Excess text is replaced with “More Information Available,” and a message (“This field only allows 2000 characters”) appears below the field when the limit is reached. A character counter (Number/2000) is also displayed below auto-filled text fields.
