Setting Assignment Configurations

In Advanced Task Management, Admins can configure how automatic queue assignments are managed: By User Request or By Defined Period of Time. Follow the steps below to configure how queues should be automatically assigned.

How to Configure Assignment Type

1. In the Neodeluxe navigation, go to the Admin page, and then select Advanced Task Manager Setup.

2. Select Assignment Configuration.

3. Under Type of Automatic Assignment, select the desired option:

• By User Request: Qualifying tasks will automatically be assigned to a user when they click the request button. This is the default setting.
• By Defined Period of Time: Tasks will automatically assign to users after a defined idle period, calculated in minutes while online and without an assigned task. Enter the time duration in minutes.

4. Click Save. Once saved, a message Configuration Updated Successfully will appear at the bottom-right corner of the screen.
