Flows Enhancement: Send Immediate Messages
Premium

Set a flow message to send as soon as the entry criteria is met and the user enters the flow.

• Send immediately is disabled by default
• All linked tasks will also be assigned immediately

Share Documents via Filevine Folders
Premium

Select a folder in Filevine to share documents with specific roles in a specific project.

• Portal admins can select the Filevine folder they want to use to share public documents with the selected roles in the specific project.
• Admins can set up multiple configurations.
• All files included in or added to the selected Filevine folder will be shared via Documents List.
• If a selected folder name is changed in Filevine, it must be updated in the portal configuration.
• Users can view or download documents from their Documents list in Projects.
• When a document is removed from the Filevine folder, it will no longer be visible via the user’s Documents list.

Filevine Activity Notes
Premium

Generate Filevine Activity Notes when:

• A user uploads a document(s). If the documents were uploaded in bulk using the Document Uploader, a single note will be posted that includes all the files successfully uploaded.
• A collection item is created.
• Flow activity occurs including one or any combination of the following:
  
  • Project Enters a Flow
  • Project Exits a Flow
  • Tasks are Assigned
  • Tasks are Completed
  • Message is sent

SSO Login

Firms using an account manager (Ex: Google, Microsoft, Jumpcloud, etc.) with SAML can connect to Vineportal. This allows users to log into Vineportal through their common access point for secure sign-in and better restrictions for who can access the application.

Form Enhancements

General form performance updates and enhancements including:

• Forms can have a maximum of 5 sections.
• Each Collection section now supports up to 340 fields.
• Each Form section now supports up to 400 fields.
