Users can view all the documents they have uploaded and associated information including file name, file type, file size, upload date, upload type (Task or Document Uploader) via the "Documents List" tab in Projects.

Static Forms | July 4, 2024

Admins can create forms independent from a specific task or flow so users can edit and update information from their Projects tab, including saving information to complete at a later time, or saving and then submitting information to Filevine. 

Maintenance Page | July 4, 202

A new page for when the client portal is undergoing maintenance. Both admins and end users will see the maintenance page when visiting the portal during maintenance periods.

Create Lead Docket Opportunity | July 31, 2024
Standard

Push a project from Filevine to Lead Docket, including any associated documents. Once an opportunity is created in Lead Docket, the Opportunity ID is sent back to Filevine and stored in the project for tracking purposes.

Users will see a little number counter next to their tasks on the projects page to see how many are pending completion.
