What are the functions of this page?
At the top of the page, you will find the “Neostella Support Center ” button. Once you click it, you will be redirected to our official support page, where you can find answers to all your questions about our products as well as submit tickets, etc.
Right next to that option, you will find “Subscribe to updates,” which is one of the most important features for our clients. It allows them to subscribe with their email address and receive notifications and status updates throughout the lifecycle of an incident.
If clients click on “Subscribe to specific components,” they can select which specific products are active for their solution. This greatly helps to keep the notifications focused and actionable.
