lead management interface

  • Updated

The Lead is the central management page where users can view and manage a specific lead.

It consolidates the complete operational structure of a lead, including its details, activity history, documents, tasks, communications, access permissions, and additional sections configured by the firm.

This editor functions as the operational control center where all lead-related information is displayed, updated, and managed.

Once you click on a lead name, the Lead management interface for that lead is displayed. In this page you can find lead sections that groups related information. When you click a section, the corresponding fields and elements are displayed, allowing you to review and manage that specific set of data. Additionally your lead has two types of sections:

  • Default lead sections: Set of standard (default) sections with a predefined structure.
  • Configured lead sections: Which are created and tailored by your organization’s Admin, according to the lead nature.
