The Leads page is your main dashboard for viewing and managing the leads you’re involved in.

From this view, users can create new leads and manage the existing ones through the different sections related to the lead.

Each row represents a lead and displays key attributes that help users quickly identify the lead stage and other details.

Additionally, all the leads that can be categorized (opened, rejected, archived and deleted) but also can be converted to transform the lead in a Project.

To access the Leads menu, follow these steps:

  1. After accessing Neostella, click the grid iconand select the Intake workspace.
  2. Then navigate to the Leads menu. Here you have access to the central hub for managing all your leads.

The following elements are displayed in the Leads view:

Click this button to create a new lead. 


Additionally, there are two sections: a Filter and the Table with listed leads. These elements are described below: 

Filter elements:

  1. Search by lead name
Enter text to filter leads in the table based on the entered data.
  1. Stage

Select one or more stages to filter leads in the table based on the selection. 

NOTE: Displayed status names may vary and can be listed or not  depending on the administrator configuration.

  1. Lead Type

Select one or more Types to filter leads in the table based on the selection.

NOTE: Displayed Lead Types are the types created by the admin for the Lead object.

  1. Tags
Select one or more Tags to filter Leads in the table based on the selection.
  1. CLEAR Filters
Click to clear all the applied filters.


Table elements:

  1. Name
Displays the Lead name. Click the Name to view the lead management interface.
  1. Stage

Displays the leads assigned stage. If no stage was assigned, the cell is empty.

NOTE: Displayed stage names may vary depending on the configuration set by the platform administrator.

  1. Lead Source
Displays the Leads assigned source. If no source was assigned, the cell is empty.
  1. Tags
Displays the tags assigned to the Lead. If no tags were assigned, the cell is empty.
  1. Lead Name
Displays the leads assigned to the Lead. If no leads were assigned, the cell is empty.
