Email Interface

The Email tab is the central hub for managing all project-related communications in a single location. It brings together both Inbox and Sent emails that are connected to the projects you’re involved in directly within Neostella.

Instead of switching between Outlook and Neostella, you can easily view and track project communications in a single, streamlined workspace. This centralized view ensures you always have the full context of conversations tied to your work.

With intuitive filtering options, you can quickly sort emails by Project or Source, helping you find exactly what you need in seconds and without the noise of unrelated messages.

Additionally, you can open any email to instantly view its full details and the entire conversation thread in one place. This gives you complete context at a glance, so you can quickly understand the history, and stay aligned with your project, without digging through multiple tools or messages.

There are two sections in the Email page: the Filters and the Emails table where all the synchronized emails are listed. These elements are described below:

Filter elements:

Element Description
  1. Email Source

Select the source(s) to filter emails in the table based on the selection.

Available sources are:

  • Inbox: To filter received emails by the user.
  • Sent: To filter sent emails by the user.
  1. Projects

Select the project(s) to filter emails in the table based on the selection.

Only the Projects the user has access to are displayed in the filter dropdown.

NOTE: This dropdown is not displayed in the Emails page within a Project view, because only emails related with that specific Project are shown.

Table elements:

The table displays all your synchronized emails. Each row represents a single email or email thread that meets the synchronization and filter criteria.

Emails are organized chronologically, from the newest to the oldest, allowing you to quickly identify the most recent communications and stay up to date on project activity.

If no emails match your selected filters or no synchronized emails are available, the table will not display any rows. In this case, you may need to adjust your filters or confirm that your Outlook account is properly connected.

The table elements are described below:

Element Description
  1. From
Displays the email sender’s name. Click on the message to open the page with the email details.
  1. Subject

  1. Projects

Each project is displayed as a label.
