The Explore feature in the Cases and Intake workspaces is the foundation for searching, analyzing, and structuring Reports inside Neostella. It is where users define what data they want to review before generating or saving a Report, and also serves as a powerful advanced AI search to locate records across the platform.
- Instead of manually searching the information, the Filter Builder feature allows you to select a main Object, apply filters to narrow down records, and choose which fields should appear as columns in the results. This allows you to create a preview table based on clear and controlled criteria. From this structured view, you can run the Report or save it as a reusable Report template, ensuring every Report begins with a clearly defined dataset.
- The AI Explore feature allows you to perform advanced searches based on natural language. In other words, once you type what you need, Neostella automatically transforms your request into structured filters, applies the corresponding logic, and displays the results along with the applied criteria for verification, making it easier to perform advanced searches without manually configuring filters.
Explore functions both as the starting point for Reports and as a strong data exploration engine designed to provide clarity, control, and transparency in data retrieval.
