How to Navigate to the Documents Menu in the Cases Workspace
To navigate to the Documents dashboard in the Cases workspace follow these steps:
- Click the grid icon
and select the
Cases workspace.
- Navigate to the
Documents menu. The Documents page is displayed with the ALL DOCUMENTS tab selected by default.

To navigate to the Documents section within a lead, follow these steps:
- Click the grid icon
and select the
Intake workspace.
- Navigate to the
Leads menu.
- In the ALL LEADS page, locate in the list the lead to open and click on its name. The Lead Management page is displayed.
- Select the
Documents section. The Documents page is displayed with the ALL DOCUMENTS tab selected by default, where all the documents related to the current lead are listed.

Document Management Access
There are two ways to display and manage a document in Neostella:
Details Side Panel (Quick Management Mode)
The Details Side Panel allows users to manage a document without leaving the document list. It opens as a slide-in panel when the user clicks a document name in the ALL DOCUMENTS, FOLDERS, or TRASH dashboards. This view is designed for quick actions and efficient management while staying on the same page.
At the top of the panel, users can access core actions such as Download, Share, Print, Send, Lock/Unlock, Protect/Unprotect, and Open in SharePoint (available only for supported Microsoft Office files). Users can also navigate between documents using the arrow controls.

How to Open the Details Side Panel
- In the ALL DOCUMENTS, FOLDERS or TRASH tab, locate in the list the document to manage and click on its name.
The Details Side Panel is displayed, allowing the user to manage the document and navigate between the OVERVIEW, MESSAGES, VERSION HISTORY and SIGNATURES tabs.

Document Management Page (Full View Mode)
The Document Management Page (Full View Mode) provides a complete workspace to review and manage a document in a split-screen layout. It is accessed by clicking the View from the dashboard or by selecting Open from the Details Side Panel.
In this view, the screen is divided into two main sections:
Document Visor (Left Side)
The Document Visor displays the full document content and allows users to:
- Scroll through pages.
- Zoom in or out.
- Adjust the page view.
- Search within the document (if supported by the file type).
- Navigate between pages.
This section is designed for focused document review.
Details Side Panel (Right Side)
The Details Side Panel allows users to manage a document in the Document Management Page (Full View Mode) This view is designed for efficient management of the selected document.
At the top of the panel, users can access core actions such as Download, Share and Open in SharePoint (available only for supported Microsoft Office files).
How to Open the Document Management Page
There are two ways to access the Document Management Page.
- In the ALL DOCUMENTS, FOLDERS, or TRASH tab, locate the document and click the View
icon.
