Use the Lookup Tables tab to create reference tables your automations can use. This article shows how to add new tables by uploading a CSV or creating them manually.
How To Upload a CSV File
1. Click + LOOKUP TABLE.
2. Select CSV Upload.
3. Upload or drag and drop your CSV file.
4. (Optional) Click PREVIEW to review the data before uploading.
5. Click SAVE AND CLOSE to complete the import.
The system automatically creates a new Lookup Table and saves all records into it.
6 STEPS
1. To upload a CSV file,
first, click LOOKUP TABLE.
2. Then, select CSV Upload.
3. Upload your CSV file, or simply drag and drop it into the upload area.
4. If you’d like, click PREVIEW to review the data before completing the upload.
5. When you’re ready, click SAVE AND CLOSE to complete the import.
The system automatically creates a new LOOKUP TABLE and saves all records into it.
6. That's it. You have uploaded a CSV file.

How To Create a Lookup Table Manually
1. Click + LOOKUP TABLE.
2. Select Manual Creation.
3. Click + COLUMN to add a column.
4. Enter the Column Name.
5. Select the Data Type (e.g., text, number, date).
Repeat steps 3, 4, and 5 to add as many columns as needed.
6. Click SAVE to create the Lookup Table.
The new table will appear in the list of Lookup Tables and is ready for row entry and editing.
7 STEPS
1. To create a Lookup Table manually,
first, click + LOOKUP TABLE.
2. Then, select Manual Creation.
3. To start building the table, click + COLUMN.
4. Enter a Column Name.
5. Then select the appropriate Data Type, such as text, number, or date.
6. Repeat these steps to add as many columns as you need. When you’re finished, click Save to create the Lookup Table.
The new table appears in the list of Lookup Tables and is ready for adding and editing rows.
7. That's it. You have created a Lookup Table manually.
