Automations - List Tab

The Automations List tab is the central place where firms can view, create, and manage all automations built in Automations. From the List tab, users can access the Automations Editor, review existing automations, filter or search through the list, and monitor their current status.

This page serves as the starting point for automation management, offering visibility and quick access to every automation created within the system.

How to Access the List Tab

To open the Automations – List tab:

1. Click Automations.
2. Click List.

1. To access the List tab, the first step is to open Neostella: Control Center and click Process Studio.

2. Click Automations to open the automations workspace.

3. Then, click List to view all existing automations in one place.

4. That's it. You have accessed the List Tab.

The LIST tab includes the following key elements:

1. Automations LIST tab.

2. + NEW AUTOMATION editor.

  • Name column.
  • Status column.
  • Created At column.

Automations Editor ( + New Automation)

The + NEW AUTOMATION button provides direct access to the Automations Editor, where users can create and edit automations.

  • How to Create a New Automation

1. Click + NEW AUTOMATION.
2. Enter a name for the automation.
3. (Optional) Add a Description.
4. Click CREATE.
You will be taken directly to the Automation Editor.

6 STEPS

1. To create a new automation,
first, click on + NEW AUTOMATION button.

2. Then, enter a name for the automation.

3. Also add a Description, this is optional.

4. Click CREATE.

5. You will be taken directly to the Automations Editor.

6. That's it. You have created a new automation.

  • How to Edit an Existing Automation

You can also access the editor through the List table:

1. Click the name of an existing automation.
2. The Automation builder will open with that automation loaded.

1. To edit an existing automation,
you can access the editor directly from the List table.

2. First, click the name of the automation you want to edit.

3. The Automation Builder will open automatically, with that automation already loaded and ready for changes.

4. After making the changes, click SAVE.

5. That's it. You have edited an automation.

Name Column

The Name column displays the title of each automation. It also provides a direct shortcut to edit the automation:

  • Click the automation name to open it in the Automations Editor.
  • You can apply filters and sorting to organize the list.

This helps users quickly find and modify any automation in the system.

Status Column

The Status column indicates the current state of each automation:

  • Draft – The automation is being built or edited and is not yet published.
  • Published – The automation is active and running in the system.
  • Unpublished – A previously published automation has been turned off.

The status column can be filtered using the toolbar operators, allowing users to quickly locate active or inactive automations.

Created At Column

The Created At column displays the exact date and time when an automation was created, using the format:

MM/DD/YYYY, HH:MM:SS AM/PM

For example: 10/29/2025, 3:00:05 PM

This column is informational and helps track when automations were added to the system.
