An ATM node in a Process Studio process allows users to link it to an Advanced Task Management (ATM) queue. When the process reaches that ATM node, the queue automatically creates or closes the related task (depending on the node configuration).
ATM nodes allow users to:
- Trigger the creation of an ATM queue’s task, or
- Closing an ATM queue’s task
directly from a Process Studio process.
Only Live ATM queues triggered by Process Studio can be set in an ATM node.
To configure an ATM node in a process, follow the steps below:
- In the Process Studio editor grid, select a node, and click Choose.
- Then, select Neodeluxe ATM.
- Select one of the following options: Create Task: to create the queue’s task or Remove Task: to close the queue’s task and click Use.
- Complete the following fields:
- ATM Queue ID *: Select the ATM Queue’s name that will be associated with the ATM node.
- Project Type ID *: Select the Filevine project type associated with the ATM Queue ID*.
- Section *: Select the project section that will be created or closed.
- Item ID: Enter the Item ID.
- Only Live Queues triggered by Process Studio are listed.
- The Project Type ID * field is automatically populated according to the selected ATM Queue ID *.
- The Section * options are dynamically listed according to the existing sections in the Filevine Project Type.
- Click Save. The Node was validated message is displayed.
- Once a Queue is configured to be triggered by a Process Studio process and set to Live, the user can define a Node within a process to act as the element that will trigger the queue’s task creation (
Create Task) or the queue’s task closure (
Remove Task).
