Advanced Task Management: Task Card Interface by Status and Role

Navigate through the Escalated, Assigned, In User Queue, In Queue, Snoozed in Queue, Resolved, Snoozed for User, Closed and Scheduled status tabs to view the task details.

    1. Escalated Task

    When a task is escalated, it follows the same structure as its current status (as described in the sections below). In addition, it includes an extra element: Escalated From: Original Task Name.

    If a task with the In user queue status was previously resolved or closed status, and then it was reopened, the interface includes the following elements:

    Reopened tasks with the User queue status contain the Resolution Comment and the Reopening Reason notes.
