Escalated Task
When a task is escalated, it follows the same structure as its current status (as described in the sections below). In addition, it includes an extra element: Escalated From: Original Task Name.
Element Description Visible To Action Available To Note Escalated From: Original Task Name Displays the original task name before escalation.Β
Click the task name to open it in a new browser tab.

Assigned
The task interface with the Assigned status additionally includes the following elements:
Element Description Visible To Action Available To Note - Assigned User
Displays the user currently assigned to the task.
Click the X icon next to the assigned userβs name to unassign the task.

Clicking the button opens a dialog box for task resolution. π’π΅π‘π£π€ π’π΅

π’π΅ Can resolve any task in the system.

- Snooze:
Displays the dropdown with the following options: Snooze to user/ Snooze to me, and Snooze to Queue. Β Β Β Snooze to userΒ

In User Queue: Reopened Task
If a task with the In user queue status was previously resolved or closed status, and then it was reopened, the interface includes the following elements:
Reopened tasks with the User queue status contain the Resolution Comment and the Reopening Reason notes.

Displays the user currently assigned to the task.Β π’π΅π‘π£π€ N/A A reopened task cannot be unassigned.Β
The user who initially resolved the task is responsible for reviewing and resolving it again.

Resolved

Snoozed for User
