Neodeluxe User Settings provides a centralized area where users can manage and personalize their account details. These settings include options such as updating personal information (first name, last name, phone number, or time zone), and managing security through passwords. 

How To Access to User Settings

Getting to the Neodeluxe User Settings is straightforward. 

1. Log in to Neodeluxe and click the User Settings menu.

User Settings Dashboard

The User Settings dashboard provides quick access to essential account management features, including profile details, help resources, legal terms, and logout options. Here are the elements:

1. User Setting menu
2. User's name
3. Help button 
4. Legal Terms section
5. User Settings section
6. Log Out button

Help 

Help provides quick access to support through various communication channels:

  • Contact email or phone number from the firm you work with’s  internal support.
  • Link to Nodeluxe Help Center.
  • Email for Neotella support team.  

1. Click on the User Settings menu.
2. Click Help.
A pop-up message will appear automatically, offering three options for support. 

Legal Terms

This section provides access to policies and agreements outlining the rules and responsibilities for using the system, such as terms of use and privacy policies. To view these:

1. Click on the User Settings menu.
2. Click Legal Terms.
You will be redirected to the Neostella - Terms of Use website, where detailed privacy policy information is available.

User Settings Section

The User Settings section lets users personalize their experience by configuring system themes, managing their contact details (such as name, last name, and phone number), updating their password, and enabling Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for added security. These settings ensure a customized and secure platform experience.

1. Click on the User Settings menu.
2. Click the User Settings section.
You will be redirected to the user settings interface.

Log out

This option allows users to securely exit their account and end the session. To log out of your account:

1. Click on the User Settings menu.
2. Click Log Out.
A pop-up message will appear.
3. Click Log Out to end the session or Cancel to remain logged in.
